By placing an order at Lil Mz Bowtique you agree with our Terms and Conditions. Here at LMB Shop we personalize in making all Princesses and Prince Dreams come true by creating a Special Personalized outfit/shirt on there Special Day. Turn around time for all items are listed in the description section on each listing. Please allow our processing time to finish creating your item. 

Harassment

Harassment in any manner or form on Lil Mz Bowtique website including via e-mail, chat or by use of obscense or abusive language, is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! Please be kind, if you have any concerns or questions about a product or your order and you are not happy with something please E-mail us with your concern!

Disclaimer: While the product is brand new and handmade, it is not licensed. Ownership of the character, images, and/or trademarks belong to their respective owners. 

Copyrights of the character images or trademarks used in any design are not being sold.
I do not claim ownership of these licensed characters. My fee is only for all materials that are being used, the time making it and personalizing it just for you.

Shipping Info.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Lil Mz Bowtique is NOT responsible if the post office is backed up and packages do not arrive on time. 
Once the package leaves us, it is out of our hands. Please view your tracking info once your items have been shipped.

About Returns

Due to the nature of these products, Returns or Refunds are NOT ACCEPTED on personalize custom made items (exp. anything with names and pictures)such as tutu's, bows or T-shirts.
